Unit, 13 Km historic Roman-like walk ways and landscaping. Responsibilities: Conducted EIA, developed construction management plan (CMP) using CPM Method. Integrated EIA into the CMP in order to preserve the integrity of the site's environment as well as the site’s religious and historical importance. Developed Environmental Protection Plan (EPP), secured approval by Jordan Valley Authority (JVA), Ministry of Water and Irrigation and Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. Project total value is (US$ 185M)

Key Projects Undertaken: Al Akkad Commercial Center: Two buildings with 12 storey each. The Structure is a combination of precast, pre-stressed concrete. and cost US$ 34 M.

Extension of AL-Mara'e Nutrition Factory: The factory is based in the industrial part of Marka City, Jordan. The extension to the factory comprises of a 5-story Precast, Prestressed concrete structure. Project cost US$ 13 M

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Ensured project coordination, designed the first two stories (Basement) of both projects (including car- parking floors) and constructed time-budget control system.

• Composed reports for As-Built Drawings and trained personnel consisting of freshmen engineers.
