POSITION: Senior Construction Project Manager

 

  • Managed two consecutive projects in a fast-paced environment:

  • 3 packages at Al-Qasr Real Estate Development Project; value of AED 0.66B.

  • Shams Ar-Riyadh Real Estate Development Project: value of AED 8.4B.

ACHIEVEMENT

  • Managed and monitored contractors’ daily site activities, oversaw supervision consultants’ site performance, reviewed and improved contractors’ work methodologies, organized coordination meetings, reviewed payment applications, monitored implementation of QA/QC and safety plans and tracked punch lists.

  • Delivered work to utmost satisfaction of client, leading to the client awarding their biggest project ever: AED 8.4B Shams Ar-Riyadh Real Estate Development Project.

 

PROJECTS ACCOMPLISHED

  • 3 packages at Al-Qasr Real Estate Development Project, supervised by Dar Al-Handasa Consultants. Total duration is 15 months. Finishes are high quality. The 3 packages are constructed by two main contractors. The packages consist of 44 commercial and residential buildings totaling more than 280,000 square meters built-up area, including extensive earth and dewatering works. Value is AED 0.66B.

  • Shams Ar-Riyadh Real Estate Development Project, supervised by Saud Consult Services. Total duration is 4 years. Works are phased into earth works, infrastructure, construction of 3500 villas, commercial buildings, large mall, parks, mosques, schools, clinics and civil services, wadi and town landscaping. Land is 5,000,000 m2. Value is AED 8.4B.

POSITION: Director of Supervision Division

  • Served as Project Manager for 3 High Rise Hotel Towers in Holy Mecca; project value of AED 660M and 3 housing projects in Riyadh in various stages of construction (total of 333 villas) and project value of AED 380M.

  • Directed project planning and developed construction management plan on behalf of the owner.

  • Executed various business development activities and tracked project progress from initiation to completion.
