Utilises innovative and latest technologies and systems to orchestrate and manage contractors and resources, and fast track multiple projects. At ADNOC, successfully delivered the Ruwais City Phase 3 Expansion project 3 years under time (8 years down to 5), ensuring all projects exceeded international standards.

   

• Value Engineering – Reviews designs, scope of work and materials/systems to ensure optimum value, managing budgets without compromising on quality or standards. Leads feasibility studies to calculate return on investment and makes innovative proposals utilising lean Six Sigma methodologies that add value. Changed the air conditioning systems across 2 mega projects, gaining return on investment within 5 years, saving 38% in maintenance costs and enhancing quality.
